In a single generation, Lexus IS went from a boring, yet competent entry-level luxury sedan to one that is among the most dynamically-styled entries in its class. Lexus completely redesigned IS for its previous model year, and the result is a compact sport sedan with a bolder look, a rich-looking cabin and a more finely-tuned suspension. The previous iteration’s engine is carried over, and this means that the power and mileage are middling, but the fact that it is excellence in most other expanses means this latest IS is well worth looking at. It offers daring styling, an excellent build quality, and a benchmark steering feel to say the least.

The Lexus IS has mostly remained unchanged for the second year in the market, but has received an addition of heated, a newly available heated steer wheels and better ventilated front seats to the F-Sport Package being the only revisions that can be noted. There is also a high-performance chassis tuning that has been done to it, and this gives the carryover engines a much better platform to work with.

The 2017 Lexus IS is newly compatible with Enform Remote mobile app and offering you numerous handy features such as location finder, remote start, and the vehicle status check. There is a limited-edition trim level known as Crafted Lines that has specialized paints and interior touches, which has also been added to the lineup.
